Catch These Hands

Emo pop punk from Atlanta. Loud hearts, louder choruses, and a new record called Smoke and Painted Skies.

Catch These Hands is an emo pop punk band from Atlanta, Georgia.
Five people, matching ties, and songs built for screaming back at the stage. The band pulls from the emo and pop punk records that raised them and plays every set like it might be the last one.
Big hooks sit on top of fast drums and loud guitars, with lyrics about the things most people keep quiet.
The logo says it plainly: an anatomical heart, drawn in red. That is the whole idea behind the music.
The new record, Smoke and Painted Skies, is out now, and the band is taking it to stages across Georgia and beyond.
Black. White. Red. Loud.
Studio updates, merch drops, and stories from the road.
